It was a cold day in Tagaytay that weekend. There was a big chance it would rain, and the dark clouds hovering above were almost a confirmation of the bleak weather forecast.
It didn’t matter, though. Joseph and Ina were surrounded by their loved ones — family and friends — who have traveled all the way to share the special day with them. Despite the chilly weather, the event was filled with warm laughters and love.
After a chance encounter at a coffee shop, they were finally saying their “I Do’s” together.
It was a day filled with tears, but all joyous ones. There were also a lot of music, with the bride herself singing her vows to her groom. For his part, Joseph danced that night — it was the first time he took part in such an elaborate showcase of hidden entertaining talents, and it most likely will be the only one, at least for a very long time.
There were balloons, taho, gulaman and a host of other treats, too. It was everything that they enjoyed from when they were CHILDREN and more. Joseph and Ina were more than generous in sharing this milestone with the people they deem important in their lives. The best part is, it’s just the first of many more to come.
